1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the use of the GLORIA AFFILIATES platform (the "Platform"), an affiliate marketing service intended exclusively for adults (18+) who wish to promote legal online gaming offers to their audience.
2. Registration & eligibility
- Registration is free and subject to manual review.
- Users must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
- Users warrant the accuracy of the information they provide (identity, bank/wallet details).
- The platform operator reserves the right to refuse or suspend any account without justification.
3. Affiliate obligations
- Only promote offers to an adult audience.
- Never target minors or vulnerable individuals.
- Systematically include a "18+, gamble responsibly" notice in all publications.
- Comply with the rules of each third-party platform used (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Never generate fraudulent traffic (bots, incentivized clicks, false promises).
4. Commissions & payments
- Commissions are calculated according to the CPA, RevShare or Hybrid model specified per offer.
- Payments are made monthly (Net-30), on the 5th of the following month.
- Minimum withdrawal threshold: €50.
- Fraudulent or operator-rejected conversions are not paid.
5. Suspension & termination
The platform operator may suspend or close an account in case of a breach of these Terms, proven fraud, or at the request of a partner operator. Users may close their account at any time from their settings.
6. Intellectual property
All elements of the Platform (logos, design, educational content) are protected. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
7. Liability
The platform operator cannot be held responsible for the behavior of end users (players), nor for the tax consequences of income received by affiliates.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the platform operator's jurisdiction.
